Watch: Barrier-Free Playgrounds
Age specific play structures designed for use by children in age groups 2-5 and 5-12, depending on the structure. Colorful, sensory-rich, barrier-free play areas provide opportunities for children with and without disabilities to play together side-by-side.
To ensure your child's safety, adult supervision is recommended. Inspections are performed on a routine basis by a Certified Playground Safety Inspector.

- Bert Winters Park, Juno Beach
NOTICE: Starting October 1, 2025, portions of Bert Winters Park will be closed for the construction of the phase II redevelopment project with an estimated timeline of late Fall 2026 for completion. Closures include the playground and parking areas that support this amenity. Project is weather permitting and schedule is subject to change.
Caloosa Park, Boynton Beach NOTICE: The playground at Caloosa Park will be closed Monday, September 29 - Thursday, October 2, 2025 due to the roadway being paved around the playground. Project is weather permitting and schedule is subject to change.
Carlin Park, Jupiter NOTICE: The playground (by the Gumbo Limbo pavilion) at Carlin Park is currently closed for improvements. Anticipated reopening date is October 30, 2025. Project is weather permitting and schedule is subject to change.
Mack Bernard Park, West Palm BeachNOTICE: Mack Bernard Park is closed for construction of the neighborhood center and is expected to open in the summer of 2025. Project is weather permitting and schedule is subject to change.
Ocean Inlet Park, Ocean Ridge NOTICE: The playground at Ocean Inlet Park is currently closed for renovations and improvements until further notice.
Phil Foster Memorial Park, Riviera Beach NOTICE: In preparation for new playground facilities, the playground at Phil Foster Memorial Park is currently closed until further notice.
