Are you a band interested in performing at the PBC Parks and Recreation Amphitheater? Follow the steps below to be considered for future bookings.

Step 1: Vendor Registration
Before we can book your band for performances, you must register as a vendor with Palm Beach County. This is a required step for doing business with the County and is free of charge. Once registered, you’ll be eligible for future bookings at our venue.

To register:
• Visit the Vendor Registration Page on the Palm Beach County Purchasing Department website.
• Complete the vendor registration form.

Step 2: Submit Your Band Information
After you’ve registered as a vendor, please send us the following information so we can review your band for future performances:
• Vendor Code: After registering as a vendor, please send us your vendor code so we can add you to our Master List for future bookings.
• Intro Letter: A brief introduction to your band, including links to your website, electronic press kit (EPK), and social media.
• Band/Act Photo: A high-resolution JPEG image or a link to download it from your website.
• Band Biography: Include full names of all members, their roles in the band, and a short performance history.
• Media Links: Links to your YouTube channel or videos of your live performances. If your website doesn’t have an audio player, you can email MP3 audio samples.
• Contact Information: Full name, email address, and phone number(s) of your main point of contact.

Step 3: Confirmation
Once we receive your vendor code and all required information, you will be added to our list and considered for future bookings at the PBC Amphitheater. We look forward to hearing from you!
