myAMI Account FAQs

Any PBCWUD customer who receives a monthly billing statement can register for a myAMI account.

  • Note: Customers who are serviced by master meters (such as at an apartment or condo building) are not able to receive myAMI Alerts for their individual units.

Yes, myAMI Account is a separate login from your e-Bill Account and is the latest innovation from PBCWUD to ensure the best service for our customers. The new myAMI Account is a powerful tool for customers to manage water usage and consumption alerts when there is a spike in use- which could indicate a leak.

PBCWUD’s myAMI Alert works by using advanced reporting technology to connect to your meter and report the water being delivered to your home. If multiple units share one water meter, myAMI will be unable to differentiate what unit, apartment, or building the water is going to. The myAMI account reports ALL the usage that is reported by the water meter regardless of how many units are connected to the meter.

  1. Signing up for a myAMI Account is quick and easy. Before you begin, you will need two important pieces of information:
    1.  The PBCWUD 10-digit account number is located at the top of your bill.
    2.  Your 4-digit PBCWUD account ID# is located next to the account number at the top of your billing statement.
  2. Once you have both the account number and account pin, visit pbcwater.com/myAMI from any computer or mobile device and select “Need to set up an account” on the bottom left.
  3. Read and accept the Terms of Use.
  4. Enter the email you wish to use for the myAMI Account login.
    • Note: Customers will be able to set up alerts sent to other email accounts later, this is only for the myAMI Account login.
  5. You will receive an invitation from "sensus-analtyics" to the email entered. That is your personal link.  See sample below.
  6. Note: Invitation links are only valid for 24 hours, after that, they expire. If your invitation link has expired, you will have to repeat the last steps and visit pbcwater.com/myAMI. Select “need to set up an account” to get a new invite.

  7. Click the link sent to you and follow the prompts to create your login information and establish account settings.
