Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department operates in accordance with Florida Sunshine Open Records Law. Some records you can access directly online and some requests need to be directed to the custodian of our records. Please see below for accessing records online or requesting public records through the custodian of our records.

Fees for public records are based on the time it takes to retrieve and review the requested documents. In accordance with F.S. 119.07(4).

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
