The On Call staff serves as the main contact for answering questions from t​he public and disseminating information regarding Zoning topics. Contact information and hours of operation are as follows:

    • Zoning designation - Specific uses allowed for property (single-family residential, multifamily residential, retail commercial, etc.) (See ULDC Article 4​)
    • Property Development Regulat​ions (setbacks, height, lot coverage, etc.) (See ULDC Article 3​)​​
  • Questions regarding the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC)
  • Accessory dwelling units or structures
  • Separation requirements for congregate living facilities
  • Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) application (speak with Planning first regarding TDRs)
