Office Closure Notice

Construction Industry Stakeholders:

Due to Hurricane Milton, the Palm Beach County Building Division office will close at Noon on Wednesday, October 9th, and will reopen on Friday, October 11th.

All inspections previously scheduled on October 9th and October 10th will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. Video Inspections will also not be available on Wednesday and Thursday.

On Wednesday morning, Building Division inspection staff will be visiting construction sites to ensure they have been secured as outlined in our hurricane season letter https://discover.pbcgov.org/pzb/building/PDF/2024/2024_Hurricane_Season_Letter_to_Construction_Industry_Partners.pdf)  and that no hazardous conditions exist.

Please utilize this time to secure your construction site so as to protect your property and that of your neighbors. ​
