Population and Demographics

Palm Beach County has come of age. From a pioneer village for fishermen and animal trappers in the 1870’s, to a winter resort haven for the wealthy in the 1920’s, to a blossoming metropolis in the post World War II era, the County has undergone tremendous changes and growth. What are we like? Where are we going in the future? Planning Division often receives requests for demographic information from the public, whether for grant writing or market research. Below are web links to many sites developed by public organizations that have already organized demographic information in a user-friendly format. They are excellent resources for State, County, Municipal, and small area statistics.
