Vendors, if you are not already registered, please register and select the appropriate commodity code(s). This will allow the County to notify you of upcoming solicitations.​​All bidders downloading the Bid Documents through the Palm Beach County Vendor Self Service website​ shall download and submit a registration form for each project of interest.​​

This registration form allows the Water Utilities Department's Engineering Division to build / maintain a database of interested bidders.  This database will be used by the Division to notify bidders of project information updates (addenda, bid date changes, etc.). 

If you do not submit a registration form, you will not receive notification of addenda.  Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in disqualification of your bid.​​​​​​
