PBCWUD To Begin Accepting AmEx Monday, July 2

Body

The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) announced Friday that, in an effort to better serve those residents that receive their water service from PBCWUD, the department will begin to accept American Express as an option for the payment of bills beginning Monday, July 2, 2018.

The addition of American Express means PBCWUD customers can now make payments utilizing any of the four major credit card organizations, as the department already accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Credit or debit card payments can be made in person at one of PBCWUD's two Customer Care Centers or online at pbcwater.com by accessing the customer portal.

Customers can also set up Automatic Debit from a bank account through the online customer portal or can pay by check via the phone by calling 561-740-4600 or 877-477-1305. Checks can also be mailed to PBCWUD via the pre-addressed return envelope enclosed with each bill or payments can be placed in one of the seven convenient drop boxes located throughout the PBCWUD service area.
