​Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) is committed to educating customers about the utility's treatment process and water quality standards. With the recent publication of the PBCWUD Annual Water Quality Report, it shows that the department had zero water quality violations for the sixth consecutive year. 

PBCWUD's team of industry professionals delivers more than 60 million gallons per day of high-quality drinking water to over 635,000 residents located within 1,300 square miles of Palm Beach County. In 2023, PBCWUD conducted more than 50,000 water quality analyses to ensure it continued to meet and exceed all Federal and State water quality standards throughout the distribution system.
