At Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department, we offer several convenient ways for customers to pay their bill. Whether you prefer to pay online, by phone, or in person, we've got you covered. Here are the different payment methods we offer:​


Our online billing system helps make paying your monthly bill easy and convenient. You can also enroll in our paperless billing to receive your monthly bills via email. Visit us at pbcwater.com/paybill to make a payment now. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. 
Auto debit is a convenient and hassle-free way to ensure that your payments are made on time. With auto debit, you can set up automatic payments to be deducted from your bank account or credit card each month, so you never have to worry about missing a payment or incurring late fees. Enrolling in auto debit is easy.

Sign Up for Auto Debit Online:
1. Log on to your account at pbcwater.com/PayBill.​
2. Click Sign Up/Update Auto Debit Info.
3. Enter your checking or savings account information located at the bottom of your check or savings deposit slip.

4. Click Continue.
5. Verify your banking information.
6. Click Continue.

Next Steps: You will receive a confirmation email. Keep in mind that it will take approximately 1-2 billing cycles (30-60 days) for Auto Debit to take effect. Please continue to submit payment to your account until your statement reflects that Auto Debit has taken effect.

Sign Up Using the Authorization Form:

1. Download the Auto Debit Authorization Form​ and fill out the information.
2. Return the form to PBCWUD.

Pay with a check, credit, or debit card over the phone by calling (561) 740-4600 option #2.
Mail your payment using the pre-addressed return envelope that is included with your bill.
NOTE: Please remember, you must return the proper portion of your bill with your payment so your account will be properly credited. Do not send cash in the mail.​
