The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) announced the publication of its 2019 Annual Water Quality Reports for both the eastern and western communities on Thursday, May 14.
As evidenced by the reports, which are available online at pbcwater.com by clicking on the "Water Quality" tab at the top of the page, PBCWUD incurred no violations during the 2019 calendar year.
The reports feature results from more than 80,000 laboratory tests of PBCWUD's drinking water. The test results are summarized in easy-to-read charts, which explain to residents where their water comes from, how the water is treated and disinfected, and who they can contact for more information.
Printed copies of the reports are also available via the mail. Anyone who would like a printed copy can request one by calling 561-493-6068.
PBCWUD serves approximately 600,000 residents with drinking water, reclaimed water and wastewater services.
