The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is prepared to rapidly respond to any impact to the water distribution or wastewater collection systems caused by Hurricane Irma.
With water being an essential element to the health and well-being of the Palm Beach County community, Water Utilities staff spent much of Tuesday and Wednesday testing systems and preparing equipment in order to be the first on site should Irma impact any area served by the Water Utilities Department.
Water Utilities response crews will be on call and able to deploy immediately upon the passing of Irma.
