Civil or criminal subpoenas for records can be submitted via Attorneys (justfoia.com), mailed or hand served to the address under “TO SUBMIT A PUBLIC RECORD REQUEST via mail"

CIVIL SUBPOENAS FOR PBCFR EMPLOYEES

Civil subpoenas for PBCFR employees need to be hand served to them at their work location.  Please contact the Records and Resource Bureau at 561-616-7025 or legalliaison@pbcgov.org to get the station location as well as dates they will be working.

CRIMINAL SUBPOENAS FOR EMPLOYEES    

All Criminal subpoenas can be submitted via Employee Subpoenas (justfoia.com), mail, or at our Headquarters.  Address under “TO SUBMIT A PUBLIC RECORD REQUEST via mail"
