​Daily reservation bookings for pavilions are intended for private parties or gatherings which are neither advertised nor open to the general public. Events which are commercial in nature or are open to the general public must contact the Special Events Section for permitting requirements.

Before making a reservation, please read and understand the rules and regulations.

Reservations are accepted up to 90 days in advance.

It is recommended that you visit the park to make sure the pavilion and surrounding amenities will meet your needs.

Request for the pavilion and ball field can be made in person or by phone. The rental application must be completed during time of reservation. All payment is due at signing of permit.

Pavilion rentals will be assessed a $25.00 Amusement Fee for use of vendors providing onsite services during a customer’s permitted time of use. Vendors may include bounce houses, catering, entertainment (clowns, bands, DJ’s, petting zoos), etc. This fee will be applied as a “per vendor service charge” due prior to the vendor being added to the customer’s permit. An additional $15.00 charge will be assessed for a dunk tank.

Vendors must be currently registered and approved with the Parks and Recreation Department Customer Service Office.  If you have a preferred vendor who is not currently registered and approved, the vendor may contact the Parks and Recreation Department Customer Service Office at (561) 966-6611 for the requirements. 

CANCELLATION, REFUND and PENALTY POLICIES:

A refund will be issued only if cancellation and refund request are received 30 days or more in advance of scheduled event date. Refund is subject to a processing fee of $10/weekdays and/or $20/weekends/holidays.

Fees will not be refunded if your picnic reservation is cancelled less than 30 days in advance of scheduled event date and/or due to inclement weather conditions.

Rescheduling of event requires at least (10) business days notice prior to the original event date. This can only be done once and is subject to a transfer fee ($10).

Property damage, non-routine maintenance, failure to follow park rules and regulations, failure to provide accurate information such as the number of people in attendance at your event and a failure to indicate the need for crowd control are examples of circumstance that will result in the withholding of your security deposit, loss of permit privileges and/or the cancellation of your event.

This permit is subject to cancellation by Palm Beach County upon 14 days notification.
