To provide a full range of real estate services to departments and agencies under the Board of County Commissioners and Constitutional Officers.

 

What Do We Do?

  • Acquire property and dispose of surplus properties.
  • Administer leases for County leased facilities.
  • Coordinate civic site acquisitions and use.
  • Provide technical support for the development of County facilities.
  • Respond to public inquiries/complaints concerning County property

 



FDO has proposed revisions to the PREM Ordinance which will be considered by the BCC on 9/17.​​
