Procedure to Purchase or Lease Palm Beach County Properties

Palm Beach County Ordinance 2019-038​ authorizes the County to sell or lease County-owned property to any person using a competitive process. The Property and Real Estate Management Division of the County uses either a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB) process. Available RFP/IFBs are advertised on the PREM website, and on the Palm Beach County Vendor Self-Service website​. The solicitation will outline the procedure and timelines for submitting proposals.
Please note the following:
• For certain solicitations, you may be required to attend a mandatory pre-submittal meeting.
• All sales or leases are subject to approval by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners.
