Purpose

The Palm Beach County School & Community Safety Initiative was established by the Criminal Justice Commission (CJC) at the Annual Planning meeting on February 26, 2018. This initiative was created to work on issues of coordination, reviewing recent legislation and other areas they deem necessary for local improvement. A law enforcement and behavioral health track have been established to identify gaps in each system.
