Submitting an RFP

To submit an RFP, print and submit a hard copy and an electronic version (PDF format) of the documents required per the advertisement and respond by the Due Date and Time in accordance with the Advertisement.

Please read the RFP advertisement and documentation carefully for all requirements to avoid disqualification.

Instructions for Completing an RFP for the PBC Engineering Department​ ​​

1. Letter of Interest

Letter shall be four pages maximum Including the Summary Table.

Minimum font of 11 and minimum margins of 0.75" are requested along with sufficient spacing within the letter.

• On the new page click the "View Published Solicitations" button under "What would you like to do?"
  

• In the keyword search type the project number or title

• Click the blue solicitation number for the project of interest

• This shows all the documents available for download for this RFP.  Click on each to download
