Submitting an RFP

To submit an RFP, print and submit a hard copy and an electronic version (PDF format) of the documents required per the advertisement and respond by the Due Date and Time in accordance with the Advertisement.

Please note, there have been a number of new policies and procedures enacted since the Engineering Department's last RFP of 2018.  Please read the RFP advertisement and documentation carefully to avoid disqualification.

Instructions for Completing an RFP for the PBC Engineering Department​ Picture

1. Letter of Interest

Letter shall be four pages maximum Including the Summary Table.

Minimum font of 11 and minimum margins of 0.75" are requested along with sufficient spacing within the letter.
