  • Give the site a moment to blink/load

  • In the keyword search type the project number or title

  • The results list will show up

  • Under Status you will see which are open or closed

  • Click the "Details" button under the project of interest

  • There are several tabs on this new page.  Click the "Attachments" tab

  • This shows all the documents available for download for this bid.  Click on each to download

  • The "Additional information" tab will have the engineer's estimate.

Addenda

All Addenda will be posted on the Vendor Self Service (VSS) website as they are issued. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to routinely check the VSS website for any and all Addenda that are issued. These Addenda contain important information that may directly impact your bid. Failure to acknowledge an Addenda may result in the rejection of your Bid Document submittal.

Submitting a Bid

To submit a bid, print and submit a hard copy of the required documents and respond by the Due Date and Time in accordance with Section 2 of the General Provisions.

Printing Requirements

Adobe Acrobat Reader must be used to view .pdf files on this Web Site. Note: When printing plan sheets, verify that you have selected "Send Graphics as Raster". This can be found in your "Print Setup" under "Properties" and "Details", failure to do so may result in your document not printing correctly.

Bond Waiver Program

A Bid Bond and Public Construction Bond may not be required for bids of less than $200,000 if the Bidder is going to participate in the Bond Waiver Program.  The Bidder must comply with Palm Beach County Resolution R89-1178  and with Palm Beach County Policies and Procedures relative to the Bond Waiver Program (CW-F-016).
