In accordance with Palm Beach County Vehicle for Hire Code Chapter 19, Article 9 Section 19-223, the Division will be conducting the 2017 Taxicab & Non-Medical Transport Van Inspections.

The inspections will be conducted for a six (6) day period beginning Tuesday - April 18, 2017 and ending Thursday – April 27, 2017. The inspections will take place at the Consumer Affairs Office located at 50 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415.
 
All Taxicab and Non-Medical Transportation Van Companies that have submitted fully complete applications for license year 2017 must report to the DCA Office for their yearly inspections.  Inspections will be conducted on a first come first served inspected basis. Additionally, only vehicles that are listed and documented in the 2017 business application will be inspected. If a business adds additional vehicles to their fleet, the business will have to bring those vehicles in for inspection at a later date.

Tuesday, Wednesday &- Thursday April 18-20 & 25-27, 2017
 
TIMES:     8:30 AM to 12:30 PM &
         2:00pm to 4:00pm

 
All Taxicab and Non-Medical Transport Van Companies are encouraged to review the applicable ordinance sections in reference to signage, taximeter requirements and equipment requirements to ensure the vehicles are prepared for the inspection.

NO INSPECTIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN
