Camp-Out

Join your peers and the T-Rec staff for an overnight adventure you won’t forget! Participants will enjoy exciting activities, and fun educational experiences throughout the overnight program.

Leisure Spectrum

Spend Thursday evenings participating in a variety of fun activities as you socialize with your friends. Transportation is provided from Palm Beach Gardens/ Jupiter, Wellington, and Lake Worth.

Sports Unlimited

Experience a variety of fun sports ad fitness activities with your friends on Monday Nights! Each night you will get to try a new sport or healthy activity increasing your overall fitness goals​.

Stardust Dance Club

Program goals are to increase independence, social interaction with peers, and provide respite for caregivers. Caregivers are welcome, if participant needs assistance​.

Summer Fun Field Trips

Join us for a summer adventure. Spend time in the community with friends while taking a break from your weekly routine.

Summer Adventure Club

Don't sit at home this summer with nothing to do! Join the Summer Adventure Club for adults with developmental disabilities. Hang out with your old friends or meet new friends while embarking on fun adventure-based activities. Participants will increase their social interaction and build their communication skills while participating in group activities and will be encouraged to try new leisure skills. ​Group meets once a week.

Ages: 18 and older
Program Date: Session 1: June & Session 2: July
Registration: Lottery. Pre-registration is required
Fee: $45 per session (3 weeks); $90/ both sessions (6 weeks)

T-Rec Movie Night
​​Join your friends for a movie on the big screen at T-Rec. Light snacks provided.

TR Super Sports Fan

A small group of dedicated sports fans will get the opportunity to attend a major sporting event with peers. Sporting events may include NFL, NBA, NHL, or MLB.

What's Cooking

Learn the basics of preparing and cooking some delicious meals with your friends! Participants will also learn about kitchen safety and proper dining etiquette.

Ages: 18 and older
Day: Tuesdays
Program Date: Fall, Winter/Spring, Summer sessions
Location: CMAA Therapeutic Recreation Complex

Gentle Yoga

A great way to stay active, stretch muscles, and reduce stress in a class modified for each individual. Participate by sitting in a chair or on a yoga mat. Recommended for all abilities.
