The Triathlon/Duathlon offers two different challenge levels, a Regular or Ultra, with distances increased for each length in the Ultra Challenge. Participants begin with the swimming portion 100 yards offshore of Carlin Park, then proceed to the cycling length down A1A to Marcinski Road and back, then perform a 5K run/sprint through DuBois Park pedestrian pathway back to Carlin Park and the finish line.
