Before purchasing a permit, please read and understand the terms of use​ listed below.

The 2018 Annual Boat Trailer Parking Permits are now available for purchase online.

Walk in purchases for the 2018 Annual and Commercial Boat Trailer Parking Permits are now available at John Prince Park and West Jupiter Recreation Center.


County-operated saltwater boat ramps are available in six locations. Park access hours may vary.
A permit is required to park your vehicle and trailer at these locations:

  • Bert Winters, Juno Beach - boat ramp operating hours: sunrise to sunsetno overnight parking
    • ​​Methods of parking payment: annual parking permit or daily parking permit via kiosks
  • Burt Reynolds, Jupiter - boat ramp operating hours: 24-hour ramp access and parking available, boat trailer and tow vehicle parking permitted (24-hour period maximum). Boaters requiring more extended stay periods must utilize alternate parking location.
    • ​Methods of parking payment: annual parking permit or daily parking permit via kiosks
  • Jim Barry Light Harbor, Riviera Beach - boat ramp operating hours: sunrise to sunsetno overnight parking

  • Juno, Juno Beach - boat ramp operating hours: sunrise to sunsetno overnight parking
    • ​Methods of parking payment: annual parking permit or daily parking permit via kiosks
  • Phil Foster, Riviera Beach - boat ramp operating hours: 24-hour ramp access and parking available, boat trailer and tow vehicle parking permitted (24-hour period maximum​). Boaters requiring more extended stay periods must utilize alternate parking location.

  • Waterway Park​, Jupiter - boat ramp operating hours: sunrise to sunsetno overnight parking

Three permit options (fees will not be prorated):
  • Daily permit: $10 plus tax (valid for the day of purchase)
  • Annual permit: $35 plus tax (valid for the calendar year it is purchased for)-must be affixed to the trailer bowstand or tongue to be in effect.
  • Commercial permit: $150 plus tax (valid for the calendar year it is purchased for)- must be displayed on the drivers side dash to be in effect.

To purchase daily permits:
  • At the six park locations stated above, LOOK for the payment kiosks located in the boat ramp parking lot and follow the instructions on the kiosk


To purchase annual noncommercial permits:

Your trailer tag # will be required. Without it, your permit cannot be processed.

      Purchases may be made in person:
      Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (allow up to 30 minutes to process your request)

      Purchases may be made in person:
      Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (allow up to 30 minutes to process your request)

To purchase annual commercial permits:
Your occupational license # will be required. Without it, your permit cannot be processed.


Annual and commercial permits are valid January 1 through December 31 of the calendar year they are purchased for. Fees will not be prorated.

  • Vehicle and trailer must be parked in designated parking space. Vehicles parked in non-designated trailer parking spaces may be ticketed.
  • Permit does not guarantee a boat trailer parking space. Boat trailer parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Your permit will only be valid at the five County-operated park locations noted above.
  • Daily permits are only valid on the date purchased.
  • Placement of permit:
    • Annual permits must be permanently affixed on the trailer bowstand or the trailer tongue (click here for location example).
    • Annual permits must be affixed to the trailer to be valid.
  • Permits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Annual permits purchased online may take up to five business days for delivery.
