Purpose:
Provides meals and snacks to low-income school-age children during the summer months (June-August). Youth Services administers and monitors this program, funded by USDA and the Department of Education. Sites are located throughout Palm Beach County in low-income neighborhoods.
Civil Rights Requirement: meals are served to all eligible children, regardless of their race, color, national origin, sex or disability.
Eligibility: Children age 18 and under may receive meals through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).
2021 Distribution Sites: Summer Food Service
Program (SFSP) distributes meals at sites throughout Palm Beach County. Please
utilize the Food Site Locator or contact Palm Beach County Youth Services Department at
561-242-5713. Proper safety measures must be practiced at all feeding sites.
