The Outreach and Community Programming Division (OCP) works alongside stakeholders, community partners and families to coordinate internal and external programs and services to meet the dynamic needs of youth and families so that they can achieve success. Through coordinated effort with Birth to 22 partners, OCP assesses need, provides a space for the community voice to be heard, and provides funding to reduce community stressors, improve access to healthy opportunities, provide educational supports, increase access to economic opportunities and growth, and provide mentors to youth and parents.
