Regulated Substances are substances that may cause significant harm to human health and the environment (including surface and groundwater). Article 14.B. regulates the storage, handling, use and production of Regulated Substances which may impair present and future drinking water supplies. Substances and materials from the following categories that are stored, handled, used or produced at the facility are considered to be Regulated Substances:
