​The Palm Beach County Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund is administered by the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Sustainability and funded through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  

Loans are available to assist with cleanup activities associated with hazardous substances and petroleum contamination.  Loans are provided with a 3% fixed rate and with terms between five to 15 years.  Loan amounts vary, but cannot exceed 80% of the total cleanup costs.  Public entities, non-profit organizations, political subdivisions, private entities, developers, and businesses are all eligible to apply for a Brownfields Revolving Loan.  However, applicants must have site control or access to the subject project. 

Eligible applicants may qualify for state and federal financial incentives or tax credits if the property is located in a designated Brownfield area. Please see the following links:
