Mission Statement:
The Impact Fee Coordinator administers the Countywide impact
fee system; approves all applications for impact fee credits, refunds and
independent calculations; trains and advises County and municipal staff on
impact fee matters; and has overall administrative and interpretive
responsibility for the County impact fee ordinance.
This web site has been designed to provide ready access to key
information on impact fees such as the Impact Fee Ordinance, Article 13, fee
schedules and applications. Frequently asked questions gives answers to common
impact fee concerns.
