​WebEOC is the Crisis Information Management Software (CIMS) used by Palm Beach County to manage and coordinate information and resources during a disaster.

To access ​WebEOC, enter the following into your browser:

​WebEOC Access

To be granted access to Palm Beach County's instance of WebEOC, complete the WebEOC Essentials Exam. Upon your completion of the exam, you will be able to complete the access request form.  Access will only be granted to those individuals with a role in EOC operations or disaster response, or an individual with a role in a program that uses WebEOC for information gathering/sharing.

WebEOC Training


All users of the system are required to take WebEOC training and complete an online exam. Users can either watch the online training linked below (approximately 23 minutes) or go through the training materials at their own pace.
