Forms for Platting
The language and format of the documents, dedications, and other items contained in the Forms Manual have been approved by the County Attorney's Office for use in conjunction with subdivision approval, plat preparation and construction of required improvements pursuant to Article 11 ULDC. Any proposed alternative or additional language to that shown herein must be submitted on the applicable document to Land Development Division for review and processing.
