This information is concerning abandonment/vacation procedures in Palm Beach County. Please note that a $2,310.00​​​ fee has been established to help cover our processing costs. A check or money order in this amount, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, Palm Beach County, should accompany the petition. This office requires one (1) set of the petition containing original signatures and appropriate seals for expedient processing, along with a disk containing each exhibit in PDF format. Please allow four (4) months for finalization of the abandonment/vacation.
