Base Building Line Waiver
Pursuant to County Engineering standards, the front, side street and rear setback (when the rear property line abuts at street), shall be measured from the Base Building Line (Article 3.D.1.D.1). This requirement may be waived by applying for a Base Building Line Waiver. The below application, supporting documentation and fee shall be submitted to the Land Development Division for processing. If this waiver request is associated with a Building Division permit, the BBL Waiver will be processed through that permit, and a separate application is not required to be submitted to Land Development.
