Palm Beach County Department of Community Services contracts with local HIV/AIDS Service Providers throughout Palm Beach County. These service providers address the health care and service needs of people living with HIV disease and their families that live in Palm Beach County. A wide range of services are offered; medical, case management, housing, dental care, food services, transportation, legal services, substance abuse and mental health counseling, to name a few.

Please be advised that the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Grant Years 2022-2024 of the Palm Beach County Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Program for the period March 1, 2022 - February 28, 2025, has been released to the public.

Community Services Department (CSD) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) will hold a Technical Assistance Workshop for EHE Program Applicants from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Community Services, 810 Datura Street, West Palm Beach 33401, Basement Conference Room.​ ​

Palm Beach County (PBC) Community Services Department (CSD) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) receives Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) funds from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) annually to provide safety net health care services to people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Palm Beach County.

On April 2, 2020, the RWHAP received notice that HRSA awarded Palm Beach County an increase in funding from the prior grant year to fund new MAI services to address health disparities among racial/ethnic minority populations living with HIV

On May 4, 2020, on February 24, 2020, PBC HIV Care Council, the local group of HIV/AIDS stakeholders, including PLWHA, tasked with determining service priorities and allocating HRSA's RWHAP dollars accordingly, allocated MAI funds towards the following service categories: Early Intervention Services, Nonmedical Case Management-Supportive, and Psychosocial Support Services, with Psychosocial Support Services funds being one hundred (100) percent directed to peer navigation services targeted at engagement of Haitian individuals living with HIV.
 
Eligible Agencies that meet the requirements of this Notice of Funding Opportunity are invited to submit application packages that meet the requirements of this NOFO to CSD.
 
Eligible Agency Applicants for RWHAP MAI funds must complete and submit an application package as defined below to the CSD NOFO submission website by 12:00 pm (Noon), Monday, June 29, 2020. Application packages must be submitted to:
