Palm Beach County announces the release of a competitive funding opportunity under the 2026 Opioid Settlement Funds (OSF) to establish a
Tiny Homes Community-Based/ Transitional Housing Pilot Program.

Minimum Available Funding: $185,000
Project Type: Prefabricated Tiny Homes Acquisition & Support Services

Program Purpose
The purpose of the Opioid Settlement Funded Tiny Home Community-Based/Transitional Housing Program (“Program") is to address housing instability as a critical social determinant of health for individuals impacted by substance use disorders by supporting the acquisition and operation of transitional tiny home community-based/transitional housing paired with treatment and recovery-oriented supportive services.
This Program is implemented as a pilot initiative and is designed to complement Countywide housing strategies for individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use disorders in need of transitional housing.
