Background
A farm labor contractor is a person that supervises that all labor laws are provided to farm workers and protects them by ensuring a safe work environment. The farm labor contractor training program is designed to increase the professionalism of labor contractors, farm managers, crew leaders , human resources and other related personnel.

Un contratista de trabajadores agrícolas es una persona que se encarga de mantener un ambiente de trabajo libre de peligros y de asegurar que las leyes de trabajo se apliquen adecuadamente. El programa de capacitación para los contratistas laborales esta diseñado para aumentar el profesionalismo de los contratistas, gerentes de campo, jefes de cuadrillas, recursos humanos y personal afín.
