Purchase Assistance

Provides first-time homebuyers assistance with gap financing, down payment, closing costs and/or rehabilitation to purchase a new or existing home. 

Developer Assistance

Funding provides assistance to not-for-profit and for-profit housing developers to acquire, construct and/or rehabilitate affordable rental units.

Down Payment Assistance

Funding provides assistance to not-for-profit and for-profit housing developers to acquire, construct and/or rehabilitate affordable rental units. 

Emergency Repairs

Assists income-eligible owner-occupied applicants to address emergency conditions such as roofing, electrical, plumbing, hurricane hardening and  structural repairs.  

Foreclosure Assistance

Assists with delinquent mortgage payments including late fees, attorney’s fees, homeowners’ association payments, special assessments, and other foreclosure-associated costs, property taxes, homeowners insurance and  default resolution counseling.​

Single Family New Construction

Funding will be awarded to contractors, non-profits, and for-profit housing developers to construct affordable single-family units for eligible homebuyers. 

Workforce Housing

To provide the workforce within Palm Beach County an opportunity to purchase homes at below-market prices. Down payment and closing cost assistance are available for those who qualify.​

Multi-Family Housing Rehabilitation

Multi-Family Rehabilitation is when a developer or non-profit organization that owns or is acquiring a multi-family rental development (more than 4 units) renovates the existing units to bring them up to current building codes. 

Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation

Provides assistance for  substantial rehabilitation to correct housing life, health or safety items, incipient code violations, sewer and water connections, utility connections and to meet accessibility needs.
