In loving memory of Vicky Cronell . . .

Vicky Cronell became a part of the Palm Beach County family over 15 years ago. She began her career with Palm Beach County starting at Public Safety, Libraries, Engineering and landing at the Office of Equal Business Opportunity. She worked her way through the ranks and touched the lives of many.

Vicky always lent a helping hand and never held back on the complements she offered to anyone she encountered. Vicky wore many hats in addition to being a Small Business Development Specialist I with the OEBO, she was a planning committee member of the Palm Beach Partners Business Matchmaker Conference & Expo, a standing member of the American Contract Compliance Association, a STRICT manager of the Goal Setting Committee meetings and very serious about the responsibilities placed before her. She always started and completed every task given to her, with excellence.

Vicky is survived by her daughter Sarah, son Nick, daughter in love Heather, granddaughter Clementine, grandson Damien, and her beloved Richard, along with her close friends and extended family members. The OEBO feels a great void in the wake of her sudden passing. She held and will continue to hold a special place in our hearts.

“When the sun has set, no candle can replace it."

~George R. R. Martin, Author of “The Game of Thrones" (Vicky's Favorite Show)

Message from the Director

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Palm Beach County Office of Equal Business Opportunity (OEBO), formerly known as the Office of Small Business Assistance.

Although our name has changed, our service and commitment to our small, minority and woman owned businesses have not.   Our efforts remain to increase the participation of  small, minority and woman owned business in the procurement of goods and services and we encourage your continued efforts in learning  more about doing business with Palm Beach County.

All the best,

Tonya Davis Johnson, Director
