CID also provides non-construction (maintenance) related procurement to the Operations Divisions of Facilities Development & Operations (FDO), Facilities Management Division (FMD), Electronic Services & Security (ESS) and Departments external to FDO.

To accomplish this, the CID Division administers the following contracts:

  • Demolition
  • Electrical
  • Flooring
  • Minor Construction
  • HVAC
  • Low Voltage
  • Asbestos Abatement
  • Roofing

In order to bid work under these contracts, a contractor must be pre-qualified with Capital Improvements in the specialty field of the work. Qualified contractors may be added up to three times per year. To request a qualification package, email Cchoban@pbcgov.org stating the contract you are interested in.
