Unincorporated Residential Projects

The majority of recent residential development in Palm Beach County has occurred in large-scale, master-planned communities. The map link below displays the location of approved residential projects and subdivisions with fifty or more dwelling units. These projects are located in the unincorporated part of the county, outside of any municipal boundaries, and are approved by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners. The project listing provides additional information for the developments. Palm Beach County Planning staff gathers this information on a biannual basis.
