The Drowning Prevention Coalition team includes two passionate and dedicated individuals who strive every day to achieve our goal of eliminating accidental drownings in Palm Beach County through education and community out-reach.
Anna Stewart, Manager
Anna earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Having survived a near-drowning experience herself coupled with her tenure as a Crime Scene Investigator, she lends valuable insight and a unique perspective to the DPC. Anna is the lead trainer for all adult water safety programming.
Rebecca Harley, Coordinator
Rebecca is a native Floridian born and raised in Delray Beach. Rebecca graduated from the University of Central Florida with her B.S in Health Services Administration and from Nova Southeastern University with her M.S in Human Resource Management. She comes to us with more than 18 years of combined Human Services experience working with the Florida Department of Children and Families as well as Boys Town of South Florida. Her unique experiences as a Child Protective Investigator, In Home Family Consultant, Care Coordination Consultant and Parenting Trainer & Supervisor, will undoubtedly assist in her ability to effectively communicate, teach and motivate the children of Palm Beach County to be safe in and around the water.
Rebecca is a mother of two, Brandon and Dallas. When she is not working she enjoys attending their extra-curricular events, engaging in almost any outdoor activity, reading and spiritual enrichment.
