On October 31, the Palm Beach County Youth Services Department held its second annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest benefiting United Way of Palm Beach County. United Way representatives Tatum Kelley and Melissa Wise served as judges. The contest raised $600 for the United Way. A bake sale hosted by the Purchasing Department raised an additional $375.
