Coordinates all functions relating to risk identification, analysis and control. Manages the employee insurance program and the self-funded programs which provide property and liability insurance, and workers' compensation.
The Occupational Health Clinic conducts medical screening and provides medical services for both occupational and non-occupational related injuries and illnesses. Assists troubled employees who have personal problems affecting their work performance. Provides health and fitness classes and screening.
The Loss Control Section develops and implements comprehensive loss prevention programs and training designed to insure regulatory compliance with State and Federal occupational health and safety laws.
