Information to submit
- A brief intro letter including links to all *online media (*your website, your EPK, Band Facebook Page, MySpace, ReverbNation, etc.)
- Band/Act Photo in JPEG format (or link to download image in high resolution from your website)
- Band Biography (include all members full names, instrumentation & brief performance history)
- Include link(s) to your Youtube channel or video section of your site. MP3 Audio samples may be e-mailed if there is not an audio player on your website
- Contact info including your full name, e-mail, phone number(s)
