General Rules
• Event will take place rain or shine.
• Re-entry is not permitted except in designated emergencies.
• For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as condition of admittance. Please have your bags open and available for inspection.
• NO drones/unmanned aircraft systems and/or vehicles.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Severe Weather Policy
• In the event of severe weather and notification to evacuate is given by concert staff, please calmly evacuate the concert grounds and seek shelter in an area of refuge or your vehicle.
• If the weather clears and it is possible to resume the event, you’ll be permitted to re-enter the concert grounds with your ticket.

Box Office
The Box Office is open day of show three (3) hours prior to event start time(time subject to change.)
Types of Payment Accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Matching Photo ID required with all credit card purchases.
Will Call
Will call will be available day of show three (3) hours before the event start time (time subject to change.) Please have order number, purchasing credit card and matching photo ID ready when picking up tickets.
The event is rain or shine but feel free to bring a poncho or rain jacket. Umbrella’s will not be permitted. Below is a full list of items that will and will not be permitted.

• NO outside food or beverage items allowed
• NO alcohol or flasks
• NO bags LARGER than a standard piece of paper – 8x11in.
• NO BackPacks
• NO ice or ice packs
• NO coolers
• NO glass containers
• NO illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
• NO totems, rage sticks or flags are permitted. Any of these items that are deemed unsafe or inappropriate, or are being used for purposes other than intended, may be confiscated on site.
• NO illegal or unauthorized vending
• NO knives or weapons of any kind including pepper spray
• NO slingshots, toy guns or water guns
• NO air horns
• NO sharpies or paint
• NO animals or pets
• NO flammable lanterns or fire of any kind
• NO fireworks or any types of explosives
• NO skateboards, scooters, or personalized motor vehicles
• NO bicycles inside the festival
• NO tents or canopies
• NO chairs or stools of any type (Inflatable chairs are allowed**)
• NO wagons or carts of any type
• NO sports balls
• NO eye drops
• NO outside cans or cups
• NO professional cameras (indicated by a detachable lens)
• NO professional video or audio recording devices
• NO lasers or pointers
• NO instruments, megaphones, horns, or noise makers
• NO soliciting
• NO over the counter medication
• NO metal aerosol containers including sunscreen, pepper spray, bug repellent, or spray paint
• NO drones or UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicle)
• NO selfie Sticks
