On April 29, 2021, the Palm Beach County Community Services Department will host an Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) orientation session for landlords. Topics include:

• ERA eligibility requirements;
• Rapid Response Eviction Assistance Prevention program;
• helping tenants apply for assistance;
  
• how to become a Palm Beach County vendor;
• Eviction Prevention Moratorium; and
• other resources available.

Landlords are encouraged to join via Zoom to any of the two sessions at 12 and 5:30 p.m. and register at https://landlordorientationapril.eventbrite.com.
