Due to the high volume of applications, the rental and utility assistance portal is closing today, March 12, 2021, at midnight. Staff will use this time to process the applications already submitted.
Please note that the system will allow applicants to resubmit any documents requested by case managers.
The portal will reopen within the next few weeks. Please register for the “How to Apply” workshop. Information is also available on how to receive direct notification of when the portal reopens, learn about eligibility requirements and tips on ways to successfully submit an application.
