For more than two years, the Community Services Department has been using DocuSign for contracts and client service applications, and has recently expanded and increased its use due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All documents are electronically generated and signed by CSD, and very little paper shuffles back and forth.
Additionally, Community Services has expanded all online service applications to include rent, utility and emergency services. Now, clients can apply for services online by uploading necessary supporting documents through its secure internet portal.
