Existing Zones. The following two areas in Palm Beach County are designated an Urban Enterprise Zone under the Florida Enterprise Zone (FEZ) Program. A business that is located in a zone may be eligible for certain tax incentives.
- PALM BEACH COUNTY; consists of portions of the municipalities of: Riviera Beach, West Palm Beach, Belle Glade, South Bay and an unincorporated area in the vicinity of Belle Glade [The City of Belle Glade's enterprise zone is also a brownfields area which offers a job bonus tax refund]
